InterKingdom Chat

This is more of a program relay. A client called Global looks at all 4 kingdom chats, and when it sees a new message, it copies and pastes it in every chat window and sends it. This comes with drawbacks like latency, so when using the chat rapidly, the Global relay may have a lot of copy and paste errors, sometimes repetaing himself. This is going to be an ongoing development to improve the quality of the relay.
